¶ ALEXANDER QUILL is a single typeface designed in the early 1980's by Jim Rimmer. It was his intent to cut the type in 14 point for casting into foundry type for the setting and printing of limited edition books at his private sanctum, Pie Tree Press & Typefoundry. For reasons forgotten the type was never cut, except for several trial characters, where smoke proofs were taken. |
