Credo is an original design by Jim Rimmer. It has been designed in six weights: Extra Light, Light, Regular, Bold, Black and Extra Black. This design, like all types in the RTF Library, began as a pencil sketch, then tightened up in pencil linear to be hand digitized in Ikarus. The Italic has style and vigor, well suited to advertising and corporate print text and display. Credo is thoroughly hand-kerned, without over-riding all the work that has been done in properly fitting the face in the first place. Without taking the time to tally, there are about 500 kerning pairs, give or take a few dozen.
