Tony Conrad - Composer and Video Artist Tony Conrad has been at the forefront of the Minimalist music scene for almost 40 years, beginning with the legendary Dream Syndicate. Among other claims to fame, Mr. Conrad lent a copy of the book 'The Velvet Underground' to his flatmate John Cale in the early '60's who used the title as the name of a little pop combo he had going. Hiens Hoffman Richter - To the general public, little is know of this composer, conductor, and musicologist. Recipient of the Gibraltar Festival of Light Bevans Jay award and the French Grande Prix du Disc, he lives and works in North America.
